Hibike! Euphonium just spent half an episode on a concert band performing, no dialogue or other audio. Nothing else was even taking place on-screen besides the performance for most of it. Kyoto Animation managed to make that the most gripping scene in the show so far thanks to the shows characters and writing up to this point and some of their coolest animation in recent years. I was moved to tears. I love this show.
